According to a recent article from the Orlando Sentinel, the Florida Department of Health is nearing the end of its investigation of Legionnaires’ disease at SpringHill Suites Hotel in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
Health department spokeswoman, Mirna Chamorro, said “During early May, two cases of Legionnaires’ were reported to us from the CDC. They both stayed at the same hotel.
Health officials sent letters to all guests of the hotel who stayed between March 25 and April 24, 2015. A third case of Legionnaires’ disease was confirmed to be associated with the hotel during the health department’s investigation.
